TOT Biopharm Co.,Ltd.also located in Suzhou Industrial Park,Jiangsu Province,and Suzhou Kintor Pharmaceuticals,Inc.("Suzhou Kintor") announced that the two parties have signed a drug research and production commissioning contract.Suzhou Kintor entrusts TOT Biopharm with R&D and production of a 1.1 class new targeted drug to achieve specialization of work,avoid repeated investment and construction,establish long-term cooperation and trust between the two,accelerate drug innovation and improve drug quality.

By the end of 2015,China Food and Drug Administration has listed 10 provinces and cities as pilots of the drug marketing authorization holder system.According to the regulations,the holder of a drug approval can produce on its own or entrust production to separate marketing authorization from production authorization,which will greatly speed up the process of novel drugs marketing.In October 2016,the Jiangsu Food and Drug Administration issued the "Pilot Implementation Plan of Jiangsu Province for Drug Marketing Authorization Holder System" to improve industrial structuring and optimize resource allocation.
